IoD Barriers to Business Growth Lunch

Having met David Waver, Chair of the Institute of Directors (IoD) Liverpool and Managing Director of McIver Scott Consultancy last year at the BITA event in Liverpool, Rory was invited to speak at the IoDs Business Lunch.

As keynote speaker for the event titled ‘Barriers to Business Growth’ Rory pulled on his 20-year experience in the business world and the barriers businesses have faced and may face when trying to grow their business.

Rory also spoke about a high performance culture being at the core of high growth companies and how some businesses should invest in the growth of teams .
