Our first Business breakfast of 2022, held in Liverpool, was held earlier this week with a great turnout.

CEOs, MDs, Senior Leaders and Entrepreneurs joined Rory at Hilton Liverpool City Centre on Tuesday 17th May to hear him talk about high performance, resilience and teams.

It was great to see so many new faces and a few we’ve known for years really embrace the topic where some great discussions were had both during the presentation and following whilst networking.

Rory spoke about the dynamics of flight and how they can be used in business, how as a business grows the complexity of the team/s can get blurred and a question that resonated with everyone in the room ‘How do you know?’

We were lucky to be joined by guest speakers Martin Smith, Portfolio Chairman and Lucie Thornton, HRD at The Private Office. Both Martin and Lucie added context to Rory’s presentation as Wingman have worked with them both throughout their careers in several businesses. They also spoke about the pain points attendees had highlighted during registration which included scaling up, team alignment and collaborative working.
