Molson Management Dinner

Having heard our Director talk at an event earlier in the year, Rory was invited to be guest speaker at Molson’s annual Management meeting.

The event sees all of the Molson companies pulled together in one event to explore how they can grow as a company and what they can achieve working together as a team.

Rory was obviously a great choice as guest speaker as his is passionate team work and teams and spoke to the audience about his experiences of teams in the RAF and sporting worlds as well as what he now teaches through his business.

For any rapidly growing company, as Molson is, knowing when you need outside help to bring teams together and work mostly effectively for the business is key.
